Shower Doors FAQ
How much does a new shower door cost?
A frameless door and panel for a standard 60" x 78" stall is about $1,550 installed, and about $1,400 on a bathtub. Bigger or more complex enclosures cost more. Our frameless shower door cost guide has more detail.
Which shower door style is right for me?
It depends on your opening, layout and budget. Hinged frameless doors suit most walk-in showers, sliders work well in tight bathrooms and over tubs, and steam showers need a sealed enclosure with a transom. We'll recommend one when we measure.
Can you replace my old framed shower door?
Yes. We remove the old door and install a new frameless or sliding door, usually with no tile work needed.
How long does a new shower door take?
About 2–3 weeks from measuring to install. The install itself takes a few hours.
